Q: I am ready to make payment. What are the bank details?

Q: Can I make changes to the itinerary after I have made the initial non-refundable deposit?
A: Yes, you can as long as you have not received the final quotation. Once the final quotation is given and 50% payment has been made, only minor changes are allowed.
Minor changes refer to adding or removing attractions within the day itself. Any other changes are considered major changes.
For major changes after 50% payment has been received, a surcharge of SGD$200 applies for subsequent changes.
Q: Can I cancel my trip after the driver and hotels have been reserved?
A: No refunds under any circumstances. In event of trip cancellation, we can hold the booking for up to 1 Year and client will be responsible to top up any price differences due to inflation.
Q: How long does it take to complete the process of booking?
A: We usually will give a 10% discount for early bird booking (more than 1 month prior to departure date). And all 3 separate payments must be completed within 3 weeks from date of deposit being paid, otherwise our vendors will not honor the 10% discount.
Q: Does your transport include high speed train or solely private transfer?
A: Transport is solely private car transfer, point to point. High speed train will only be included when you SPECIFICALLY REQUEST for it for the experience.
Q: Do you provide English speaking driver?
A: Yes, we do. However surcharges do apply as the supply of English speaking drivers are limited in Taiwan.
Q: Can you provide a rough quotation for 5 persons over the phone?
A: We pride ourselves on good service and do not want to provide the wrong information to our customers. Your quotation depends on the number of people going for the trip, the places visited and the type of accommodation chosen. There are too many variables involved for us to provide a quotation offhand.
Q: We have booked our air tickets and leaving for Taiwan in less than 10 days time. We have not done anything yet. Can you help?
A: Just send us your air tickets and fill up your enquiries using our form: http://taiwanfreeandeasy.com.sg/contact-us/. We will get back within 1-2 days. Do take note that if it is peak period and hotels are very full, we will charge a surcharge because we have to spend more time contacting all our vendors in Taiwan for hotels availability.
Q: I have booked my hotels already. Can you arrange transport only?
A: We do not provide transport only.
Q: We have planned our itinerary already and have hired a private driver Can you help us to book our hotels only?
A: We are unable to provide the service of booking hotels only.
Q: We are interested in your day trip only. How do we proceed?
A: We do not provide day trip only. We provide a minimum of 5 days 4 nights tour.
Q: We are interested to go to Taiwan for 4 days 3 nights. Can you help?
A: We only provide land package (accommodation + transportation) of a minimum of 5 days 4 nights.
Q: I would like to engage your services. How do I proceed?
A: You need to secure your air tickets. Once you have your air tickets secured, attach them and send to email@example.com. You can then send in your enquiries using our form: http://taiwanfreeandeasy.com.sg/contact-us/
We will then send you a range of quotation and a proposed itinerary.
Q: OK, I like your itinerary. So what is next? Do I pay the full amount?
A: No, there will be 3 payments. You pay a deposit for us to map out your itinerary. The second payment which is usually 50% of the agreed tour fare needs to be paid out for reservations of hotel. The final payment needs to be made when hotels are confirmed and reserved and for reservations of drivers. Invoices bearing the letterhead of our company will be issued.
Q: How to collect the hotel vouchers?
A: All hotel reservations will be sent via emails, bearing the hotel’s logo if applicable.
Q: How to get hold of the driver’s details?
A: Driver’s details will be sent to you about 1 week before departure. We will send you the driver’s name, contact no. and car plate via email.
Q: I am planning to go to Taiwan, but I have not bought my air tickets. What should I do?
A: We are only able to provide a quotation if you have full flight tickets. Different flights arrive at different time of the day and hence the quotation differs. Flight timings play an important part for an accurate quotation.
Q: How long do you take to respond to queries?
A: In off peak season, it is usually within 1-2 days. During peak season (Mar-Apr, May-Jun, Sep-Dec), it is usually within 5 days.
Q: If my hotels and itinerary has been confirmed, can I still make changes?
A: It will be subjected to surcharges by the Hotels. In peak season (Aug-Nov), Taiwan Free and Easy Travel will charge an admin fee of SGD$50.
Q: I have sent in an enquiry 5 days ago and did not receive a response. Why?
A: We usually read every email that was sent to us. If you did not hear from us after 5 days, you may like to drop us a whatsapp at +6593671388.
Q: Can I arrange to meet you to discuss our itineraries?
A: We usually do not meet our customers unless they have some special requests. Meeting our customers incur additional time and that translates to higher tour fare. We are very experienced in what we are doing and have no problem handling exceptional requests.
Q: Can I visit you in your office to pay?

Q: How do I pay?
A: Mode of payment is via bank transfer or cheque.
Q: What if you do not honor your word?
A: We are a Singapore registered company (53224230X) and our details can be found on ACRA. We also pride ourselves on our services and we are deeply passionate about traveling. It is this passionate about enjoying a hassle free travel, with lots of flexibility that prompts us to start this business to serve the community.
Q: What is the price for a package of 2 for 10 days?
A: We are unable to provide a price as we tailor made our itineraries according to our customers’ needs. Every itinerary is different, depending on the number of people, the demographics of the people and the group’s interest.
