Engaged them to plan my family trip to Taiwan for Dec 23. Ms Best is v professional and patience. I posted some queries and requests to check if it suits my kids and she promptly addressed them and amended our plan accordingly after discussion. The minsu, hotels we stayed in were wonderful. We had a great time in Taiwan and the kids loved the farm stay (not much crowd for the farm selected so we kind of had it for ourselves). There’s no need for me to contact Best during my trip as all went smoothly as planned.

Best and her team are able to suggest various places based on our requirements and tailor our itinerary given a short timeframe and from our provided list of places. Because our requirements might be generic, to be honest we really do not know what to expect (apart from making sure that we don't go to places that we have visited before). Furthermore, this is also our first time interacting with Best, so it always takes time to understand each other well!

We really enjoyed the Taiwan trip. The itinerary is excellent and we really appreciate the time and effort that Best and her team have put in (although we only have a few days in Taiwan, minus off the free and easy days in Taipei, so it's only possible to cover a few but the important places that your team got them right)!

We had a wonderful time in Taiwan even though this was my nth trip there., but my first as a trip with a toddler. I must really credit Ms Best, our Travel Designer who was so patient since the first time I contacted her. From Silkplace Yilan, LeoFoo hotel, The accommodation were excellent with key highlights for each stay. The drivers were excellent and very friendly, pointing out the good spots and angles for photos (I thought I was having a photoshoot session.) Highly recommended.

Friend recommended the company for my family’s short trip to Taiwan. Ms Best was very prompt in replying queries. Itinerary was clear and interesting.

The agent was easily contactable and was prompt to any queries online. They can arrange your itinerary based on your needs and preferences, and budget. During the trip, they are also quick to address issues that crop up.

We had a wonderful time in Taiwan even though this was our family's fourth trip there. The accommodation was excellent with a variety of highlights for each stay. Everbest spa hotel was luxurious with spa facilities for all to enjoy, Leofoo was great for the safari experience, same too for flying cow for the farm experience and Taipei garden hotel was comfortable with close proximity to Ximending and Carrefour just close by. The drivers were excellent, with special mention to Mr David Ng who was very friendly, pointing out the good spots and angles for photos, even accommodating the request to bring two family members to the golf course during the Leofoo stay. Ms Best (Chief Itinerary Designer) of Epic Travel provides excellent customer service and tour planning.

My family and friends have benefitted from her tour advises based on our budget and needs. Ms Best is patient with her clients (even if they drove her up the wall and down the floor 😅).

In addition, Ms Best was contactable via WhatsApp to resolve any issue faced while we were overseas without letting us feeling a sense of helplessness.

Have no worries about the credentials of Epic Travel.

I have used Best's travel service twice and have zero complaints about it. Everything is conveniently communicated via email and Whatsapp. Itineries can be customized to your preference when you initially state what you would prefer with a reasonable budget to allow them to work around it.

Despite being peak travel period, everything was well planned and updates provided were prompt. Itinery was fantastic with my children and parents/in laws enjoying it to the max. My kids especially loved the minsu stays and the kids friendly activities.

I used their services when I planned a group vacation with some friends. It was fuss free and I remember fondly the drivers who brought us to the various minsu and eateries.  We had a few of us who had serious motion sickness, but because the drivers drove well especially in the winding roads, we barely suffered any of the usual vomiting.  Everything was well planned, everyone got to do what they wanted and see what interested them.  We ate and stayed where the usual tourists weren’t brought to, so you get a totally different experience.  Because it’s customized also to your needs, you skip the trouble of having to settle for boring itineraries.  Money well spent!  Transparent and fast replies throughout our trip!
