Best and her team are able to suggest various places based on our requirements and tailor our itinerary given a short... timeframe and from our provided list of places. Because our requirements might be generic, to be honest we really do not know what to expect (apart from making sure that we don't go to places that we have visited before). Furthermore, this is also our first time interacting with Best, so it always takes time to understand each other well!

We really enjoyed the Taiwan trip. We had a wonderful time in Taiwan even though this was our family's fourth trip there. The accommodation was excellent... with a variety of highlights for each stay. Everbest spa hotel was luxurious with spa facilities for all to enjoy, Leofoo was great for the safari experience, same too for flying cow for the farm experience and Taipei garden hotel was comfortable with close proximity to Ximending and Carrefour just close by. The drivers were excellent, with special mention to Mr David Ng who was very friendly, pointing out the good spots and angles for photos, even accommodating the request to bring two family members to the golf course during the Leofoo stay. Best is very prompt in addressing our queries with her WhatsApp reply, even in the middle of the night when we are... faced with challenging issues just before the trip. She plan good itinerary to maximise our 8 days stay in Taiwan. Best is easily contactable when we miss the railway train on our first day. She quickly get connected with the driver who was supposed to pick us upon arrival. She select hotel accommodation near to night market that make it easy for us to move around at night. The minsu bosses are friendly too.

Best was able to plan an itinerary catered for my family with 3 young kids. We enjoyed ourselves a lot during our trip... to Taiwan. Driver was patient and accommodating. The only hiccup we experienced was that the driver was misinformed of our minsu location and drove us to Yilan when we should have been staying at ximending to rest for the night. Wasted precious time traveling back to xmd and kids were very cranky by then. Other than that, the rest of the activities planned were great and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We engaged Best Teo for our 10-day tour itinerary planning, allocation of... hotels, transportation and drivers. We are a family of 4 who enjoys travelling during our free time. We found Best Teo while we were looking for a personal home reunion trip to Taiwan because we regard privacy highly. She is the best like her name proclaims! She fulfilled what we dreamed of. She is very attentive, efficient and straight forward. Also, she is very spontaneous to our requests. The whole journey from briefing to completion of our tour is very smooth and fantastic. To me, she imprints an image of trustworthy in business. Absolutely, can trust her to cater for your trip to an unknown land.
We used Whatsapp most of the time. Each one of us is stationed in Thailand, Singapore and Australia. The whole arrangement has no hassle at all. Best Teo is always there when I Whatsapp her. Initially I was a bit worried because we have never met throughout the discussion. Surprisingly the itinerary was well... planned by Best. Although we're not able to follow exactly the same as the itinerary due to weather and timing. Best has recommended the driver 陈胜杰先生 is helpful and patience to my elderly parents which I really appreciate that. He helped to think alternatives when we're not able to visit certain attractions. We just came back from a 9-day trip to Taiwan with my parents and 2 kids. Planning was a breeze since Best came on... board. She was able to tailor the itinerary to fit the long drives to the afternoon to maximise nap-time for my toddler. Our driver 林宏陞 was excellent and flexible from day one. He gave good recommendations and even managed to find strawberries for us to pick with 2 hours' notice! Even though there was a mix-up with our Taipei hotel, Best managed to make it work and more than made up for it with her excellent service and coordination. We are back for our 10 to 17 Jun Taiwan trip. Unfortunately, we encountered some poor weather conditions in the middle... of our trip. Please avoid May-Jun period as told by the local. We are disappointed that we are not given this advice prior to our booking. We understand that nobody can control or forecast the weather. There are some minor hiccups for the planning. The local agency received wrong information for the first night hotel. Another day, there is many travelling to & fro our Mingsu while they should have planned another hotel/mingsu near our next itinerary around Sun Moon lake. Except for the two hotel we requested, the rest of hotels are slightly below our expectation. Some itineraries were cancelled due to weather but unfortunately both driver & us couldn't think of any replacement. Nevertheless, the driver is experienced. It's my first time trying Taiwan Free and Easy for my Hualien Yilan 4D3N holiday in late March this year. Thought... initially I was a bit concern if it was safe to go through the booking process online without meeting them in person, it turns out to be fantastic.
Best was very responsive and answered all my questions in doubt via whatsapp and provided me a balanced itinerary as we are a group of senior folks with average age over 60.
The driver cum guide was very friendly and caring. We enjoyed our holiday very much especially the fireworks at the minsu we stay in Hualien. It was fun.
The only small thing to feedback is the mini coach. It's a bit cramped for a ground of 8 where 2 of us had to squeeze in front. Other than that, I give it a five star.

We went on our 3rd Taiwan trip from 23 Mar to 1 Apr ’17. Our 2 previous trips had been arranged by Best of Taiwan Free... and Easy. Best is a reliable and responsible person. So naturally, we went to Best for this 3rd trip.
As there were only 2 of us on this trip, Best suggested we fly to Taoyuan Airport and take the High Speed Rail (HSR) to Taichung which was where our tour would start. Best helped purchase the HSR tickets. This is where we must say that Best is really the best. Our flight to Taipei was delayed for 1 hour, which meant that we would miss our schedule for the HSR. At the airport, I informed Best just to let her know. Best came back immediately to say she would change our HSR tickets to a later timing which we were grateful for.
We must compliment the staff of Hotel Dion for their superb service. Our 2 nights at Joye Home stay was also a very pleasant one.
The drivers recommended by Best were also very friendly, always imparting information on the places we passed en route to our destinations.
We are planning our next visit and will definitely ask Best to be our planner.read more

I signed up with Taiwan Free and Easy Travel a few months before my departure. The response through wats app was... prompt, things were planned swiftly and updates came in a timely fashion.
Initially I was worried they couldnt plan something for me as I had a photoshoot first 3 days in Taiwan. But they were really flexible, they fetched us from the studio when we were ready to join their personalised tour! ( yes its just us and our personal driver!)
Everything was planned for us, the transportation, baby seat, our driver was so proactive and caring!
We felt so important, understood and really, so impressed with the itinery planned that suits both adults and children. (Our children are 22 months and 11 years old)
I actually left something seemingly unimportant to others perhaps, right at the mountain top, but the driver is willing to make arrangements to help me retrieve it!
